Do residents pay anything?
Never. Companies pay.
Do residents need an app?
No. It's a link. They can save it to their home screen.
What does "Verified" mean?
Photo matched to government ID, state trade license where required, company registration, and employment confirmed by the company, as of the date shown.
Is it a background check?
No. We verify identity, license and employer.
Do you keep ID images?
No. They're deleted after the check.
How often do you recheck?
Once a year, sooner if a license expires, plus random quarterly checks.
What if someone leaves the company?
The company switches off their card instantly. It can't be used anywhere else.
What if the person at the door doesn't match?
Tap "Not the person in the photo." The company is alerted and you're told not to open the door.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes, with the Custom plan.
Can we keep competitors out of our wallet?
Yes, with the Custom plan you choose what appears in your directory.
Does it work for door-to-door sales?
Yes. Any company that sends people to homes can verify them.
How do texts reach residents?
Through a registered business texting service. Companies are responsible for having their customers' permission to text them.
