1

The visit is booked.

By phone, online, or through the company's booking page.

2

Your wallet arrives.

A text or email with one link. No app to download. It shows the technician's photo, name, company, the time window and the "Verified" badge.

3

On the way.

You're told when they're headed to you.

4

Arrived.

The technician checks in at your home and you confirm it's them.

5

Done.

You see when the visit ended.

6

Rate the visit.

A real review from a visit that really happened, with a real start and end time.

7

Keep what matters.

Your invoice, warranty, care tips and the company's thank-you offer stay in your wallet.

What "Verified" means.

We checked the person's photo ID, their state trade license where their trade requires one, and that they work for the company sending them. We show the date we checked. Verified is not a background check and not a character guarantee. It means the person at your door is who the company says they are.
