What we check, and what we never keep.
What we verify
The person's photo against their government ID; their state trade license, where their trade requires one; that their company is registered with the state; that the company confirms they work there.
How often
A full check once a year, sooner if a license expires first, plus random checks every quarter. If a license lapses, the badge comes off right away.
What we never keep
ID and license images are deleted after the check. We keep only what we checked and the date.
Who's responsible
The company. Every verified card belongs to the company that issued it. When someone leaves, the company switches their card off instantly.
Plain words
Verified means the person at your door is who the company says they are, with the credentials the company says they have, as of the date shown. It is not a background check and not a guarantee of anyone's character.
